The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, Alejandro and Pablo were especially kind. The location was truly fantastic. The Make Make restaurant was great and the free pisco sour cocktail they offered was a nice touch.

The room was a good size and the swimming pool area and the ambiance of the hotel were very good. Hotel got its own museum and also they have its own vine brands and vineyard they do day tours and vine testing tours if you are up for it. they also have a nice restaurant at the hotel.

Excellent air conditioning which was brilliant during a hot January. Excellent size rooms with comfy beds and good showers. Lovely facilities and really friendly helpful staff. The pool is great and the dining room for breakfast and dinners is large and well appointed with excellent attentive staff. The food we ordered for dinner was delicious. Drinks were excellent and good value. Breakfast was well presented with a good variety. The security staff were always available at the door and were helpful and attentive. The Hotel is within walking distance to a variety of city sights. Reception booked a taxi to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure which arrived on time.

the location, good value for money. the hotel staff is very friendly, especially the front desk officer Daniel. he is passionate and knowledgeable about his work, very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests. in addition, the dinner in Rosso restaurant was amazing. i had the best salad ever. my colleagues also liked their foods (fish and beef). I definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go back to Santiago

It is located in the city centre. Quiet and peaceful inside. I did not enjoy much make use of all the facilities, hence I cannot comment on those. I think all everyone working at the reception do a wonderful job. They are so welcoming and helpful with pleasant conversations. Pleasant experience at the restaurant too with every staff working with a smile.

THIS IS THE ONE - half the price if its rivals and twice as nice - exceprionally helpful staff - great little rooftop pool bar - great beer n burger rom service - immaculately clean and comfy beds beds - super courteous doir security and front desk - best lication - easy uber pick up and drop off - stylish spacious hotel at a goid price.
